Applying for Our Team

All applications should be e-mailed to pits4peace@gmail.com
Volunteers must be at least 11 years of age or have a parent/guardian accompany them to all events and meetings, as well as review and check spelling on flyers, brochures, and posters.

To apply to join our team, please provide us with the following information:

Full Name: [ex. Jane Doe]

Age: [ex. 15]

Career/Job (if working): [ex. I work at an ice cream store on Thursdays after school.]

Grade (if in school): [ex. 10]

Location: [ex. Chesterville, North Carolina]

Jobs You're Interested In: [ex. products manager. Do you have a graphic designer?]

Why You Want To Volunteer: [ex. I would like to volunteer because I have a pit bull and I love her, but she is discriminated against in Chesterville and I would like to change that.]
Please have a parent/guardian send us an okay e-mail if you are under eighteen [18] years of age.

If you don't live in our area (we are a Northern California-based organization), then please send us an e-mail if you'd like to start a joint near where you live.

As of July 25th, 2013, however, we really need volunteers in the Northern California area, as our organization isn't too big yet. However, we'd accept applications from people in other regions.

As of 7/25/2013, current open positions are:

    Products manager
    Events/volunteer coordinator
Organizational promotor (we need several of these!)
    Flyer/brochure designer
    Public relations "officer" (preferably adult)
YouTube/Video Expert (it would be nice if it was known how to animate/CGI, too, though it's not really required.)

If you have an idea for a position not listed here, feel free to e-mail us asking about it!

Once again, our e-mail is pits4peace@gmail.com

***PLEASE NOTE: This volunteer opportunity does NOT have much actual involvement with animals, other than our Team Dog!! These positions are also styled around being for high school/middle schoolers +! There is NO SALARY involved with this volunteer opportunity!****
